Ride Height Guarantee Policy

At SWAT Customs, we take pride in getting your ride height just right. That’s why we offer our exclusive Ride Height Guarantee on eligible performance suspension systems.

Initial 30-Day Adjustment Period:

We work closely with you to determine the optimal ride height during your installation. However, if within 30 days of your completed install you decide you'd prefer your vehicle to sit higher or lower — and it can be done with your existing components (such as snap-ring or coilover adjustments) — you’ll pay only 50% of the required labor cost for the adjustment.

If new parts are required to achieve your desired height change, you will pay only for:

• The cost of the new parts
• The alignment service, if required

Note: Installed parts are non-returnable and will remain your property.

Adjustment After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months):

If your preferences change between 31 days and 6 months after installation, and the ride height change is still possible with the existing hardware, you’ll pay only 75% of the required labor cost.

If new parts are required during this period, the following applies:

• Pay only for the parts cost
• 50% of the required labor cost
• Alignment service, if applicable

Again, installed parts are not returnable.

Policy Limitations:

• This policy only applies to performance suspension kits, including shocks, struts, and coilovers.
• It does not apply to spacer lifts or bracket-style lift kits.
• This policy does not cover the initial labor cost associated with adjusting coilovers to set the correct ride height. Some coilover systems may require multiple visits for proper adjustment — this is considered part of the initial setup.
